IF you are a fan of Sourdough, THEN we have unlocked the key to the perfectly chewy, moist, delicious, sourdough loaf. We are proud to announce that EVERY ingredient is a source of nutrition since we never use any Gums, Fillers, or Artificial preservatives.

Ingredients: GF Sourdough starter (Sorghum* & Spring water), GF Oat Flour*, Tapioca Flour*, Spring Water, Chia* & Flax Seed*, Olive Oil*, Psyllium Husk*, Pink Himalayan Salt*.

Fulfillment Process: Loaves are custom-made per order, sliced, & frozen. Orders are fulfilled and shipped within 3days of purchase* Depending on when orders are received. orders placed after business hours or the weekend will go into the queue for production on the next business day. 

Shipping: We have successfully shipped our bread all over the United States. However, as a food product, we can not guarantee it will not spoil en route, especially during the hotter months. We will not replace spoiled food since it leaves our facility frozen and will thaw during travel. We recommend placing your loaf in the freezer upon arrival. Please pay attention to your tracking information so you are ready to receive your food.

Care Instructions: YES! Bakery HIGHLY recommends keeping your bread frozen when not in use. And, defrost each slice as needed. We find the freezer keeps the moisture locked in, but if the loaf is placed in the refrigerator it tends to dry out. If left on the countertop at room temperature it will likely mold after 72 hours. This food is made with the freshest ingredients and uses no preservatives so it is best stored in the freezer.
