Shipping policy

Fulfillment Process: Baked goods are custom-made to order, sliced, and shipped fresh on the same day they are baked to maximize freshness during transit.

Orders are shipped on Mondays and Tuesdays only. Orders placed on OR after Mondays will be scheduled for shipment the following Monday (or Tuesday, depending on the production schedule and holidays).

Shipping: We have successfully shipped our baked goods throughout the United States. Because our products are fresh, perishable food, we ship them fresh on the same day they are baked to maximize the amount of time they remain in good condition during transit.

Important Shipping Requirement:
If you are located East of Postal Region #3, for perishable orders, you’ll need to select one of the following shipping options:

  • USPS Priority Mail
  • UPS 2-Day or 3-Day
  • FedEx 2-Day or 3-Day

Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delays, temperature conditions, mishandling, or product spoilage that occurs during transit. Please review our Shipping Policy before placing your order.

Please monitor your tracking information and make arrangements to receive your package promptly. We recommend placing your bread in the freezer immediately upon arrival if you will not be consuming it right away.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that shipping perishable food involves risks associated with transit time, temperature, weather, and carrier handling.

Care Instructions: Victory Bakery HIGHLY recommends keeping your products frozen when not in use. And, defrost each as needed. We find the freezer keeps the moisture locked in, but in the refrigerator it tends to dry out. If left on the countertop at room temperature it will likely mold after 72 hours. This food is made with the freshest ingredients and uses no preservatives so it is best stored in the freezer.
