Care Instructions: YES! Bakery HIGHLY recommends keeping your flour sealed it has a shelf life of 6 months. Freezing flour is not necessary, but can extend the shelf life. We suggest you consume it as quickly as possible though, so you can have a FRESH batch ASAP!
